Our experience has taught us that no matter how many house plans a company offers it is never possible to address every customer's design requirements. That is why Sunrise Cedar Homes & Sunrooms has developed the expertise to easily modify our existing house plans or to convert or customize our customer's own house plans using any one or a combination of our building systems. Please review some of our design options here on our web site. We have additional plans available upon request.

Unlike some house package manufacturers, Sunrise Cedar Homes & Sunrooms is very flexible about the what products our customers purchase in their home packages. Our customers are not required to purchase a "Standard Material Package" but can choose from a wide range of products to meet all of their design and budget requirements.

Sunrise Cedar Homes & Sunrooms's 2 building systems offer our customers unlimited architectural design options and the benefits of both of our systems unique strengths. Should you select one of our house plans or would like your own plan quoted, Sunrise Cedar Homes & Sunrooms offers our customers free estimates for any house plan they select.

Once a house plan has been selected our experts will work with you to fine-tune the design details while making sure that all energy and local building code requirements are met. Sunrise Cedar Homes & Sunrooms offers complete CAD and engineering services with each home purchase.

Sunrise Cedar Homes & Sunrooms:

Over the years I had collected plans and pictures of post-and-beam houses that I admired with the idea of someday building one for myself. As a designer, I had planned several houses for friends and four overseas exhibitions for the U.S. Government, one in Alaska, and one in Vienna and two on Fire Island, New York.

The post-and-beam concept is particularly suited to the site I had selected here in the Rockies, amid ponderosa pines, Douglas firs and larches. My builder, Kevin Kosnoff of Columbia Falls, Montana, was very skilled and did a fine job on the construction of my house. I was pleased with the Greco components, the windows, siding, laminated beams, etc. and I think the result is attractive and very compatible with its site.
